Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute new business opportunities
- Build and lead sales team (prepare sales team for change, process improvements etc)
- Manage sales process from prospecting, lead qualification, product and pricing strategy
- Create value proposition for customers through sales meetings and presentation
- Bridge communication between Company and customers
- Report to Group CEO

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, others Engineering and Science or equivalent
- Proven experience and track record in commercial development within the solar industry
- Have technical knowledge in renewable and sustainable energy industry
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
- Able to travel frequently, covering Malaysia
- Able to work immediately is a priority
