- To handle and address all enquiries and feedback equally and without prejudice, calmly, knowledgeably, and professionally, befitting of the mall’s image.
- To be aware of all new developments, events and activities that are happening throughout the mall.
- To answer, forward, and screen phone calls correctly, professionally, politely, and to respond to all e-mails.
- To greet guests as soon as they arrive and connect them with the relevant department.
- To ensure that complete procedures are taken and recorded when guests arrive and leave the office.
- To ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- To assists in the admin clerical works.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, any field.
- Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in CITTA Mall, Ara Damansara.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support of equivalent.
- Full-Time position available.
