Job Purpose : Job summary & objectives
- Prepare Group’s consolidated financial statement in accordance with the relevant Regulatory requirement and accounting standard
- Prepare and examine financial records and ensure these records are accurate, timely and comply with financial reporting standards (FRS)
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting option to the mnagement
Key Accountability : Essential duties & functions
- Responsible to make all ledger, accounts receivables & payables are properly maintained and reconciled on a monthly basis
- Preparation of monthly cash flow forecast for projects (based on the Percentage of Completion [POC]method) and annual budgets for the company
- Report the variances from the established budget and the reason for variance.
- Interpret the company financial results and recommend the financial actions
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, banker and statutory bodies
- Ensure all documents, statements and records comply with financial legal, tax requirements and financial reporting standards
- Maintain confidence and protect operations by keeping financial information confidential
- Other finance related functions / projects as & when required
- Assisting in ad hoc assignments as and when requested by the Superior
