Job Responsibilities
- Inspects and ensure final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Investigates and analyses customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Develops and implements corrective actions and preventive actions & monitors its effectiveness to prevent repeated issues.
- Reviews and updates Master Packing List, QC Online Reference, Product Chemical & Microbiological Specification and other relevant documents when necessary.
- Conducts validation testing on new packaging materials, new project and process
- Issues Non-Conformance Report to suppliers with reasons for rejection of the materials.
- Provides job-related training including CCP, GMP, Allergen, Food Defense and etc to QC, Lab personnel and operators.
- Monitor and verifies SOP related to product quality standards, food safety and sanitation.
- Report potentially unsafe condition to superior
- Maintains, review and updates Quality Manuals and HACCP Plan.
- Reviews Material Hazard Analysis on raw materials and packaging material annually.
- Responds to customer’s request and enquiry.
- Involves in all audits and responses to audit CAPA.
- Responsibilities shall cover other management functions as the senior management deems fit and appropriate
