Job Description
Arrange meeting with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare memo for appointment of contractors/vendors/consultants.
Prepare memo for payment for contractors/vendors/consultants’ claim
Prepare and monitor payments involving relevant authorities.
Prepare approval of contractors/vendors/consultants’ contracts.
Ensure all projects administration related works are documented properly.
Requirements
Experience in project administration function
Proactive person with the right attitude to excel together with the company.
Willing to work extra hours to ensure work completion.
