Job Descriptions:
- Arrange meeting with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare memo for appointment of contractors/vendors/consultants.
- Prepare memo for payment for contractors/vendors/consultants’ claim
- Prepare and monitor payments involving relevant authorities.
- Prepare approval of contractors/vendors/consultants’ contracts.
- Ensure all projects administration related works are documented properly.
Requirements
- Experience in project administration function
- Proactive person with the right attitude to excel together with the company.
- Willing to work extra hours to ensure work completion.
