Duties & Responsibilities :
- Supervise and inspection of incoming materials sampling & testing and the preparation of flavour for biscuits, cream and cake production.
- Responsible to carry out calibration for internal calibrations.
- Responsible to carry out microbiological testing for finished product and swab test for personal hygiene.
- Responsible for updating raw material specification, guarantee letter and Halal
Certificate form supplier.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in a food-related discipline, such as food science, food technology, food biology, food industry management etc.
- Possess Knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases.
- Quick learner and able to complete task according to instruction independently.
- Able to work as a team.
- Stationed in Batu Pahat
