IBM organization is seeking a Program Manager within the QTC
central functions tribe. Overall, the Program Manager is responsible for ensuring
project and program deliverables in the iERP environment. The role ensures continued progress for, iERP, one of the most financially significant/SOX
applications in IBM. Integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (iERP) is an enterprise-wide suite of SAP, IBM, and third-party components that provides an end-to-end order fulfillment and accounting solution for hardware, software, and services.
Job Duties:
Coordinate the migration and integration of iERP business solutions to designated cloud targets.
Employ project management skills, including agile-specific concepts like backlog management, tracking burndown, and velocity.
Facilitate operational work in a transparent, collaborative manner .
Work with teams to remove impediments blocking the completion of work or commitments
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 2 years’ experience in project and/or program management.
Demonstrated experience in Agile.
Demonstrated experience in managing projects.
Demonstrated communication skills in a customer-facing environment.
Advanced English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Leadership experience in a global environment
