Job Responsibilities
- Undertake all aspects of Project Implementation, Customization Development, and Post Implementation Support of our solutions.
- Provide Software Health Check and provide solution if there is any.
- Provide Reactive On-call Support and Onsite Technical Assistance.
- Work closely with the team across the departments including Pre-Sales, Business Development Manager, Project Manager.
- Assist Team Leader in providing support and service to customers and partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT related discipline.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply (Training will be provided).
- Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to travel for project assignment within Klang Valley.
- Experience with the following technologies/areas:
- .NET
- Java, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Languages.
- RESTful APIs/Web Services and JSON data format.
- Unix, IBM i Series and Windows Operating Systems.
- MQ Series eg: IBM WebSphere MQ, RedHat MQ, Rabbit MQ and etc.
- IBM WebSphere Series, eg: IBM WebSphere MQ, IBM WebSphere Message Broker, IBM WebSphere Application Server
- Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, IBM DB2 Database Software.
