Es responsable de mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro para el personal mediante la supervisión, concientización, capacitación y la elaboración de análisis de los riesgos del proceso. Planeación y ejecución de las actividades productivas por turno.
Análisis de las factores internos y externos que puedan afectar la secuencia de las líneas de producción. Comunicación con los departamentos productivos y de servicio sobre estatus de producción de washcoat. Dar seguimiento y mantener los KPI´S del departamento. Realizar análisis causa raíz en caso de presentarse alguna desviación.
