Internal: Comp Specialits, Benefits Specialits
External: Mercer and other consultancy firms / Internal: HRDs, Rewards COE, People Managers, Talent Adquisition, Data Management, Function directors and managers.
Location of the role (Querétaro, Hybrid).
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Survey completion and reporting/analytics
Collect and assess benchmark data and compare to Kellogg’s MRP and Kellogg´s benefits
Perform job leveling, job pricing and evaluations for new or revised jobs
Perform Total Comp analysis
Recommend compensation changes to the business (salaries, lump sums, etc)
Act as a consultant in the creation or modificaction for Short Term Incentive plans
Execute salary equalizations and off cycle increases
Support Annual Comp Planning process
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field
4 years of work experience in compensation administration for multiple countries.
Strong customer focus
Good with numbers and excellent analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly excel)
Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in English and Spanish. Portuguese desirable.
Knowledge of Latam markets and compensations practices
Work experience in other Total Rewards specialties (benefits, Recognition, mobility) Desirable
