About the position
Es responsable de verificar el rastreo del producto, Recibir y procesar las requisiciones de los clientes y dar seguimiento y retroalimentación a las solicitudes de los clientes, con el fin de cumplir con la demanda.
Monitorear la entrega y revisando la evaluación de los clientes, así como retroalimentar en el sistema controversias de acuerdo con lo requerido.
Responsibilities
Verificar constantemente los sistemas de rastreo del cliente
Recibir y procesar las ordenes de material de los clientes
Retroalimentar a los distintos departamentos los cambios que se realicen a las ordenes de material
Monitorear y mantener en una buena ejecución de entrega del producto
Debatir las sanciones de los clientes cuando se necesite, dentro de un periodo determinado
Generar el listado de mercancía a recolectar en planta de Ramos Arizpe
Generar la lista de empaque y el conocimiento de embarque
Coordinar los embarques de los clientes
Enviar ASN’s a los clientes
Informar al cliente sobre cambios o variaciones en las ordenes solicitadas
otros
Requirements
Profesionista, carrera a fin.
Conocimiento en SAP, APICS,ERP
Experiencia laboral en la industria maquiladora o equivalente
Ingles conversacional
