Job summary:
Lead and manage Application team, not limited to Evaluation, Migration, support, training SAP and other ERP application, review business requirements and ensure effective use of SAP functionalities, including providing consultancy and advice to deliver good business solutions.
Job responsibilities:
- Report to Digital Transformation Manager
- Lead our Application Development and Application Operation support team.
- Act as the Project Manager for business application projects – CRs, RPA automation and training.
- Plan, Deploy and support all application systems and processes.
- Plan for staffing, systems, training and facilities needs for current and future growth
- Implement best practices into Application support team systems and process to ensure business users have the best support to achieve their goals
- Identify area of improvement and recommendation for improvement utilize current SAP functionalities in meeting users’ requirements/change requests
- Ensure system interfaces with business partners are running smoothly and in a timely manner to avoid disruption to business operations.
- Provide problem determination, resolution of application/technical issues within the service level agreement.
- Managing application licensing and budgeting
- Manage SAP authorization request and ensure there is no violation of data integrity.
Qualification
- Preferably 5 year(s) working experience as Application Senior Executives specializing in SAP ERP/Database Professional or equivalent.
- In-depth SAP functional support for MM, SD, FSM, MDM, IT Compliance
- Experience in managing small application team and stakeholders
- Full life cycle implementation and configuration experience
- Preferably PMP certification.
- Strong analytics skill using the Power BI, SQL, RPA report generation in Sales and service process.
- Demonstrated knowledge in providing SAP functional application support, issue identification, automation and resolution for SAP and integration with other system
