Job Responsibilites:
- Ensure Company assigned sales targets for the month and year are achieved.
- Responsible for the daily dealer sales operations of New MFPs, RC and A4 devices sales.
- Ensure systematic coverage of assigned territory/market supported by relevant daily sales reports to be submitted periodically to the Management for information and review.
- To source potential business entities for appointment of dealership of our products based on their strengths in the vertical market and geographical market area.
- Compile lists of prospective Dealers/Business Partners for use as business opportunities, based on information from newspapers, business directories, industry advertisements, trade shows, internet web sites and other sources.
- To attend potential Dealers/Business Partners to identify their current or prospective needs and provide information about the Company products/services including demonstrations and quotations.
- To ensure CRM/sales force automation data entry are appropriately done and in accordance to the Company requirements.
- To ensure good knowledge of the market and monitor/tabulate competitors’ activities and advise superior of up-to-date information.
- Assist Management/Superior with any additional market and business information relating to the creditworthiness and/or financial standing of prospective customers.
- Display or demonstrate product, using demo units or catalogues and emphasize sellable features.
- Follows up with dealers to ensure product satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Ensure Company stated credit terms are adhered to and be responsible for all collection of debts from customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate dealers training and communicate product information accordingly.
- Maintain good relationship with Dealers/Business Partners, advise them of Company’s services and provide product/pricing information. Evaluate customer’s requirements, investigate complaints of technical nature affecting sales, etc and advise Management as regards key problem areas.
- Performs any other related duties as and when directed by superior.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management
- Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
- Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay, and Chinese language for both spoken and written
