In This Role, Your Key Accountabilities Include:
- To plan, manage, coordinate, execute and implement projects assigned within budget and schedule to meet the business objectives of the clients.
- To manage and coordinate projects with stakeholders, partners and vendors while establishing and maintaining a close relationship.
- To lead, direct and control project teams and all other parties such as vendors/partners/etc. to ensure that they carry out their responsibilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision or management oversight.
- To produce a definite set of requirements that is sufficiently detailed to be passed down to the IT team for development and implementation.
- To perform any other duties assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Computer Science / Information Technology.
- Preferably at least 2-3 years of related working experience or in project management.
- Preferably candidate experience in management methodologies (Waterfall or Agile), enterprise planning, estimation, and project management (single and multi-site).
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, Malay language for both spoken and written.
- High adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to define situations, document data and draw conclusions.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and other aspects that can impact a project.
- 1 Contract position available.
