Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in Account & Import related matters.
Handle jobs related to Account Receivables.
Prepare daily invoicing and DO for customers.
Apply permit/exemption certificate for import.
Timely preparation of management report.
Other ad-hoc task or office admin tasks may assign.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advance Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Mandarin speaking will be preferable in order to deal with Mandarin speaking customers.
Required Skills: Accounting Software, Microsoft Office.
Responsible, details in figures & have good personality.
