Core Responsibilities
Talent Operations is the core pillar in attracting and hiring the best talent, the main responsibilities for the role includes:
Attracting, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates. Own the E2E life-cycle of recruitment for production roles in a fast paced and sophisticated recruitment environment
Referring applicants for particular job openings, coordinating pre-employment tests, checking references, conducting exit interviews for candidates declining offers, and providing concrete and bias free feedback to unsuccessful candidates
Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for key and critical production roles
Build job advertising and postings, analyzing market trends that impact labor supply & demand, etc.) Use metrics to track and communicate our recruitment progress and success. Be able to measure return on investment on activities and course accurate as needed.
Work with partners to define a recruiting strategy based on the specific role and business needs. Identify the best channels and source candidates for technical roles as well to increase our diverse representation of candidate slates
Coordinating and participating of local/regional COE related tasks, projects in collaboration with internal partners
Support with local /regional talent development related initiatives
Approach partnerships with the business in a collaborative and consultative approach to ensure that we are providing the best candidate experience.

Core Responsibilities
Curiosity to learn what are the new and innovative trends in recruitment of Production professionals
Experience with E2E recruitment in a production environment; including sourcing and on-boarding
Ability to showcase and share all of our company benefits and ways of working as it relates to candidate motivators and interests.
Excite by using data and trends to adjust sourcing trends as well as comfortable sharing our recruitment narrative
Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment that is agile based on market and business needs
Business working English writing and verbal skills are required
