The HR manager will build key relationships with the team and other stakeholders in the business while also supporting the implementation of the talent management programmes within Lilly. Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of HR operations for the GBS site.
Provide proactive HR support to management and employees of the GBS.
Oversight of all aspects of HR Compliance.
Ensure positive employee relations by proactive employee communication, prompt issue resolution and fair & equitable treatment.
Serve as a consultant to management and business partners and is responsible for identifying the need for HR programs or strategies to support business objectives.
Work with management, influence line-managers to make changes in organizational structure or processes that support the GBS strategy & Objectives.
Design and implement programs in accordance with company-wide human resources policies, procedures and initiatives.
Serve as integrated part of the business, working with and advising management and business partners.
Manage and resolve Employee Relations issues through effective and objective investigation processes, ensuring adherence to appropriate employment laws and policies.
Develop and conduct presentations to employees and managers on a variety of HR subjects.
Participate on global HR initiatives that require taking the lead on HR projects
Drive the on-boarding and employee experience.
Compliance
Understand and follow all compliance policies, laws, regulations and The Lilly Red Book.
Ensure teams lead with compliance and accordance with Lilly values.
Comply with any corrective actions.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
University Degree in Administration/Pyschology/Education.
5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Demonstrated experience in Supervision and People Development.
Strong Leadership skills essential.
Performance driven – seeks and acts on results.
Compliance and controls experience.
Fluency in English Language.
Problem solving skills.
Mexican labor law knowledge.
Desirable
Portuguese Language
SAP experience
Master Degree
