Responsibility & Accountability
- Responsible for LV electrical system in the Factory
- Low Voltage Electrical supply and distribution
- Liaising with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) and TNB on any related matters
- To ensure all equipment is running in good condition and no interruption to the supply of electricity. Ability to perform Standby Genset testing to ensure functionality of system.
- Support on the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant electrical facilities, machineries and equipement to meet the statutory regulations, environment and safety standard.
- Assisting on preparing and ensure that the system procedures and the Standard Operating Procedure are adhered to at all times.
- To ensure all daily checklists, work order and preventive maintenance checklist are genuinely executed and completed promptly as per schedule.
- To provide support to operation department and manage for any shutdown on the equipment, system and operational services.
- Responsible for full compliance to all safety procedures, general safety & health procedure, environmental procedures, hygiene procedures and 5S execution. Good housekeeping at workshop area and at all related work area.
- Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Competence Required
- Obtained minimum a A0 Chargeman Competency Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- At leat 2-3 years A0 level hands-on working experience in High Voltage Operation & Maintenance environment and ability to perform, supervise service, repair, overhaul of electrical components and equipment. Fresh graduate encourage to apply.
- Able to work on shift and when required
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated and hardworking
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Alertness, attention to detail and can work under stress
- Experience in Manufacturing working environment will be an advantage.
- Willing to work at Kajang, Selangor
