Job Responsibilities
- Responsible overall supervision of project site progress.
- Monitor site management and control daily progress until the project site is satisfactory handover.
- Monitor Main-con & Sub-con claim and claim procedure.
- Should know the SMM method of measurement (Standard Method).
- Manage and supervise day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule.
- Conduct site survey and measurement work.
- Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification and procedure.
- Maintain close communication with contractor, sub-contractor to plan and deliver accurate delivery scheduling.
- To work out quotation and costing of projects (if required).
