DIETITIAN / NUTRITIONIST
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- To provide training, nutrition information, product information and services to customers/sales & marketing department to maintain proper nutritional practices, healthy lifestyle and weight management.
- Provide technical support, guidance and feedback to the team who handle customer enquiries
- Create contents that can help to engage and increase followers, then share on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Xiao Hung Shu, etc.
- Present the latest updated information on market trends by actively engaging in market research.
- Involve in new product development, product research, usage and benefits.
- Support branding activities and new market expansion programs. For example, assisting in company activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, expos, health talks, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess minimum Degree in Nutrition / Dietetics or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Having a friendly and engaging personality
- Willing to learn
- Outspoken and experienced in customer service, training and product commercialization would be an advantage.
- Required language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu
- Experience in health/retail pharmacy industry will be an added advantage
