The Team:The Marketing team is integrated by 3 major structures:
- Brand Development; focused on ensuring optimal execution of marketing plans with omnichannel vision in conjunction with key business partners and their brands.
- Integrated Marketing Communications; focused on developing and driving the media strategy for all brands, as well as managing the negotiation with networks / media / digital platforms / influencers and agencies.
- Go To Market; responsible for identifying market opportunities in line with the brand strategy, as well as having the understanding and recommendations regarding pricing, quotas and margin at the local level.
The Opportunity:
Mattel requires hiring for the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) area a Digial Marketing Associate with experience in budget control, administration and monitoring of purchase orders.
What Your Impact Will Be:
As part of the responsibilities of the position are control and manage efficiently the A&P Brazil process (Requisitions and invoices) and Network process control.
