Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise and discuss with FA Engineer on quality issues
- Liaise and feedback on defect issues to manufacturers
- Monitor the quality performance and take leadership for quality problem solving, corrective & preventive action developed and implemented for the imported products in Malaysia
- Maintain execute Penalty Claims and Warranty Claims Procedure according to Standard Operation Procedures (SOP)
- Work closely with Servicing Department, Purchasing Department, and Product Development Department to work out warranty and claim-related issues
- Analyze product quality implementation and improvement effectiveness
- Monthly review, analysis, and forecast of spare part usage and demand
- Review spare part usage analysis and spare part usage audit
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer / Supplier Quality Engineer
- Possess minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electronic / Quality Assurance / Quality Management
- Having experience in analyzing various defective report
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in English and Malay. Able to communicate in Mandarin is preferable to liaise with China suppliers.
