ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives, processes, and records various accounting transactions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or local equivalent as well as Panduit policies and procedures. Resolves transactional problems and concerns as they are identified. (50%)
Interprets data from accounting records and maintains accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data, including review of credit limits. Resolves transactional problems and concerns as they are identified. (20%)
Communicates with clients and with other departments within Panduit to clarify and find solutions to outstanding accounting-related issues, procedures, and policies. (20%)
Participates in key improvement projects within Accounting focusing on improving service levels and reducing costs. Improves organizational Business Acumen by consulting, educating, and empowering others, both within and outside of the business, through the application of Financial Best Practices, standardized Work Instructions (10%)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required Degree: High School degree and/or Technical career, or University studies in a related field, plus experience in the area or its equivalent in years of experience
Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree concentrated in a Business related field
Years of Experience: 1-2 Years in similar jobs or areas
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES:
Required Certifications and/or Licenses: Intermediate English proficiency, Intermediate level of Excel
