Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for supporting, maintaining and ERP Systems operations;
- Design, develop and implement IT policies & procedures;
- Implement and manage security of data & network access;
- Design & implement disaster recovery & backup procedures;
- Ensure software licensing laws are followed;
- Administer Servers, Active Directory Service, Email and Anti-Virus system;
- Propose and source for new technique/solution for overall PC and printer support;
- Monitor connectivity between HQ and branches as well as internet connection;
- Manage annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness;
- Carry out Configuration, Administration, IT health checks for network/infrastructure related equipments such as PC/Mobile Devices, Servers, Printers, NAS, Email, Firewall, Switches, Router, Backup etc.
