Job Summary
We are seeking an Issue Resolution (IR) Engineer to be the responsible for quality assurance of raw material at the factory. In this position you will be responsible of solving with the supplier any material issue.
You will be based at Queretaro’s Factory, reporting to the Quality Manager.
This position is temporary for six months.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As an IR Engineer you will:
Manage and follow up issues reported by the customer.
Drive, in conjunction with production cell members, root cause analysis and improvement actions for claims eradication.
Follow up on actions implementation, audit actions effectiveness and provide feedback to customers.
Owner of Issue resolution KPI’s
We believe you have
3 to 5 years of experience on quality, problem solving analysis and customer service.
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Bachelors degree or Engineer degree or similar.
Knowledge in management systems.
Knowledge in SAP.
Excel and minitab skills
Working knowledge of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), TPM (Total Production Manufacturing), Problem Solving Methodology, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and best practice analysis.
