The main mission of the G&A (General & Administration) Costs Controller is being responsible for assisting in the creation of financial and operational analysis. You will assist with complete financial analysis, report generation activities, and audit the financial needs of the Regional and Division Finance teams.
A week in the life of an Assistant Controller
You will be participating in the closing of specific entities (MX), as well as validate costs, expenses, provision and FX updates for support functions (MX).
You will be participating in the re-invoicing and follow up to Intra Fees, accruals, journals, invoice, PO’s creation
You will be integrating actual-forecast-budget information with management to ensure database availability and proper analysis.
You will prepare financial reports to Local management LATAM (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports, Dashboard)
You will perform analytical reviews of the monthly operating results to ensure the accuracy of reports.
You will support in preparing presentations in support of staff meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees of the company.
You will collaborate in preparing Budget and Forecast, (templates, database, FTE) for all G&A Functions and Real State-IT
You will support in reviewing LATAM payroll expenses and FTE/Headcount, aligned with the HR assumptions
To be successful in this role:
You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economy, Engineering, Actuary or any related discipline.
You must have between 5 and 7 years of prior experience in Controlling, Finance or Accounting.
To succeed at this job, you must have very strong data analysis skills, business understanding, and high capacity to manage priority and make accurate analysis.
You should have an Intermediate English proficiency, with good written and verbal communication skills.
