Mission Summary:
The Logical Security Officer has the function of providing security services in the organization, through the planning, coordination and administration of logical security processes, as well as spreading the computer logical security culture among all the members of the organization.
The logical security officer has as main responsibility to keep the proper customer and internal information safe either, as well as with providers; to warranty the proper level of protection required by regulatory bodies, corporate policies and marketplace best practices.
Logical Security officer should be a local auditor to assess and ensure the proper functioning of the Information Security process.
The Logical Security Officer is responsible for proposing and coordinating the conduct of a formal risk analysis related logical security information
Develop detailed security procedures that strengthen the logical security policy. Promote the creation and updating of computer security policies, due to the changing behaviour of the technology that brings with it new risks and threats.
It should be the point of reference for all security processes and be able to guide and advise employees on how to develop procedures for the protection of software and hardware resources.
Maintain updated computers, systems and networks inside security area providing technical support, configure hardware and software and solves technical IT issues.
