About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sales Enablement Trainer, you will work:
Delivers training to sales and/or account management employees using classroom, live online, and e-learning.
Coordinates and leads training efforts for major sales enablement and methodology programs, as sponsored by TR and each business segment.
Facilitates, coordinates, and creates the training content for both the new hire and experienced sales and/or account management employees. The training is designed and delivered with the specific intent of increasing job capabilities and sales performance.
Develops and delivers ongoing training programs to ensure sales and account management employees are kept current on all products and competitive developments.
Participates and may facilitate in organizations and key user group meetings, staff trade shows, and exhibitions.
Selects the most cost-effective training delivery method, using classroom, live online, and e-learning to balance training effectiveness and cost-reduction objectives.
Maintains relationships with key managers and subject matter experts from across the business to gather needed materials and content.
Curates performance data on attendance and completions, and reports those metrics back to sponsoring/attending segments.
About You
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Fluent English is a must.
3- 5 years of experience doing similar activities.
Ability to understand business needs/requirements.
