About The Role
In this opportunity as a Sr. Executive Assistant, you will:
Provides professional secretarial and administrative support at the Executive Committee level, exercising confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy and providing a high level of service.
In-depth knowledge of subject matter expertise of own area and company policies and procedures.
Screens calls, manages calendars, arranges complex travel and meeting arrangements, manages expenses and mail, and deals with highly sensitive or confidential information.
Prepares complex and confidential documents and presentations and works closely with finance teams on forecasting revenue and expense reports.
Involved in conference and event organization.
Trains another administrative staff requires strong computer and internet research skills along with the ability to train others on system usage.
Requires flexibility, with excellent interpersonal skills.
Interacts with the most senior executives across the Company on significant matters, anticipating and responding to requests by modifying procedures to individual circumstances.
May work on ad-hoc projects.
Requires specific industry or market experience.
About You
You’re fit for the role if your background includes:
Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent prioritization skills
Demonstrates high level of interpersonal skills and professional acumen
Demonstrates a high level of planning and organization skills
Demonstrates excellent communication skills in English
Exhibits a high degree of autonomy and decision-making discretion
Proficient typing skills and knowledge of computer applications (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe) necessary
Team-spirited, able to collaborate with the other assistants
Previous experience working for senior executives in an international corporate environment
MS Teams knowledge and experience preferred
