Overall Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily generation of Contracts, Contra, Setoff & Print
- Append/Insert trades for Foreign Shares/ Insti Trade
- Handling email amendment/ Client Amendment
- Constant monitoring of daily new stock listing from Bursa / Possible Contra
- Create new stocks/Product Code
- Perform Daily Management Reports
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Finance/ Banking/Business/Management or equivalent
- Applicants with 1-2 years’ experience in Financial Industry & stockbroking industry will be an added advantage
- Fast learners, multitasking skills and able to work extended hours.
- Good written and possess a good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
- Must be IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
